True Method Pilates is an authentic classical Pilates studio located in southeastern Canton, Georgia. Our unique location is on the edge of rural Milton, Georgia -  right in the middle of horse country. This location has enabled True Method Pilates to serve Alpharetta, Canton, Milton, Cumming, and Woodstock since our inception back in 2011.  What makes us different is that we prefer an artisan approach to our training....
