Consequently, the entire powerhouse quickly becomes strong and toned. Connected to a strong core, the limbs then have greater freedom to achieve strength and range of motion.
Exercises are done utilizing spring based apparatus that Joe specially designed, as well as the raised mat platform, that provide a very low impact, highly efficient muscle strengthening and flexibility workout. The apparatus challenges difficulty but also aids movement by providing appropriate and safe positioning to perform the exercises.
