Working Out with a Pilates Ball

TRUE METHOD PILATES - CANTON & MILTON, GA

Studio Policies

For all your sessions wear comfortable workout clothing. Yoga or biking attire is perfect. No shoes are needed for your workout, but please wear socks.  Wearing socks during all sessions helps to maintain health and cleanliness in the studio.  Please have cell phones turned off or in silent mode during your session.

Prepayment is required for all products and services offered.  All Pilates and/or personal training appointments (equipment classes included) require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, the session will be lost. The same is true for no show, no calls.     All studio sessions are 50 minutes long.  All mounted sessions are 30 minutes long.  Prepaid series and banks of money allow clients to schedule standing appointments for any session type, including semi-private equipment classes.   "New Client Intro Special" must be used within 30 days of the purchase date.  All  series and banks of money are non-refundable, expire six months from the date of purchase, and are subject to pricing changes.  Single session fees are due on the day of the session if they have not already been paid for in advance. Most up to date pricing is listed on this website.  No refunds given for unused bank balances or unused sessions.

Semi-Private Class Specifics

It is required that all new students  have previous experience  on the Pilates apparatus prior to attending any semi-private equipment classes. This is to ensure students have a good understanding of the original Pilates method, a solid knowledge of equipment safety, and command the level of strength and endurance necessary for participation.  Ideally, students should be at the intermediate level to enter these classes and instructor pre-approval is required to attend. As a general rule, only healthy bodies can take advantage of semi-private classes. Clients with injuries and special conditions are better and more safely accommodated in private sessions on the apparatus.

All semi-private equipment classes are primarily filled by prepaid class reservations, but reservations are not required . Class reservations can be made via Mindbody up to 15 minutes prior to class.  Drop-ins are welcome to fill open spots in any class on a first come, first serve basis. Open level Pilates mat classes are primarily drop in classes, no reservations needed. Semi-private class schedule is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, and/or reschedule any semi-private class as needed. Please verify class schedule via this website under  the "semi-private schedule" tab and/or Mindbody. Semi-private class online booking via Mindbody is available and encouraged for your convenience. For all class participants, please be on time.  Places cannot be held for latecomers. If you have reserved a spot and are more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be filled by a drop-in on a first come, first served basis.
